Here is my very nice antique carved shell cameo ring with mark 14K yellow gold . This kind of mount model I didn't see much and I love it for this and the beautiful classic hairstyle of lady.
This nice cameo ring is heavy, weight with the cameo is 6 grams, the cameo weight would be very light. The cameo is perfect with delicate lines.
