Today's flea market score. A nice, old, 5 gallon crock. I've never seen one like this before. The guy selling it said he had no idea what it was used for but thought with the lid like that that it was for some sort of canning. Still had to original handles and wooden lid. Does anyone know what it might've been used for? There are no markings on it. It has a couple minor chips but no cracks. Had to have it since I'll probably never see another one.
