I got these panels at a demolition sale in Winnetka, IL. They came from an 1890's home with lakefront views of Lake Michigan. This was an amazing old home bursting with vintage finishes. They were originally used as shutters for an organ room that sat above a massive cathedral style great room that was complete with wood paneling. They're made of cast plaster and they're super heavy, about 75lbs each! It was a lot of work moving them out of the house and getting them back to my storage space. They're original, unique, very ornate, they just don't make stuff like this anymore.
WOW!!!
