I'm here to find out the history on this piece out was giving to my mother the only thing i know is it its oriental? From 1920 please help to identify this lovely piece of art!

Hello, this is not oriental. It looks like French enameled glass, and could be by Legras or a similar maker. More pictures would be very helpful. Does is say "Leg" anywhere?
