Blank nickel on penny planchet post 1982

I have found many blank planchet a in the past but never even heard of anything like this before. I found this in change. It is exactly the same size as a standard nickel, but is made on a penny planchet. Two major errors in the same coin! I had it tested at a local precious metal shop and they confirmed that it is zinc and weighs 3.1 grams which confirmed my suspicions. I have taken it to several coin dealers and all confirm that it looks legitimate but none of them can find even a remote value. I also can't find anything even close on the Internet. I'm beginning to believe that it is e extremely rare. Before I send it in to get graded, I would like to find out if it's worth my investment. Anyone know anything about this or have any idea of its value?
