    I believe the wood is ebony, top of table is all inlay. Has anyone ever seen or know anything about this table.

      "Cloisonne is a famous traditional enamel ware, known as the "Blue of Jingtai" in China, with a history of over 500 years. Enamel ware became very popular during the Emperor's reign."
      It's a garden seat in form, I think.

      There's one for sale on ebay.
