Green and White Teapot with Gilded Leaves and Trim

This was one of my grandmothers most precious possessions. Regretably, I never bothered to ask about where it came from.....and now it's in my china cabinet and I wonder if anyone can tell me anything about it. The only mark is what looks like a "71" on the bottom. Miraculously, the spout is intact, but, unfortunately, there is a chip on the side of the lid. Looks like it is stonewear where it is chipped.
