Cobalt Blue Rhinestone Festoon Necklace 1950s

Vintage 1950s rhinestone festoon necklace with one large "tigereye" blue and white cabachon centre stone, two dark cobalt marquis cut drops and two dark cobalt marquis cut stones flanking the tigereye, and many small brilliant cut round cobalt blue stones making up the main structure of the festoon necklace. It has a simple hook closure, and no marks that I can find on it. The central stone is unusual in shape with surface striations - I have not seen anything like this before. It is a lovely blue and the stones are all prong set and brilliant - perhaps Austrian?
