We found this doll at an estate sale and loved it. The eyelids open and close when moved and the clothing is in very nice condition. We would to know more about this doll but we can't seem to figure anything out about it. This is the first collectible doll we have purchased, so if any doll collectors could point us in the right direction or provide any information that would be greatly appreciated. We aren't even sure what country the clothes represent.
Celluloid or plastic tourist doll it appears to have look of Italy or French costume . Dates likely from 1950,s -60's. These type of dolls were often collected in sets as world dolls in different countries clothes . They do not have a high collectibility in doll world . They are fun if you want to collect them from different countries but have very little value . She is Cute :-) Many companies and countries made these . If she has a mark on back of neck or her back it may hekp id who made her .
