I believe this is a napkin holder and not very old but does appear to be hand made with a sanded bottom

New, within last 10 yrs. Murano Italy. You can find many on eBay, try Hankerchief vase. Dave
i looked up Hankerchief vase on ebay nothing like it under that but there was a lot like the green one i posted
found a (MURANO ART GLASS NAPKIN HOLDER) made in the exact same colors as mine on ebay listed for $19.99

I have a Murano glass Napkin Holder identical to this at home, too. It is labeled. Paid $15.00 for it...approx. 5 years ago. Recently saw one in an antiques market for $20.00.
