I have this old, old, old ornate spoon. I inherited it from my step dad, who used to be stationed in England. I'm assuming it is very old and is of English origin. Can anyone tell me what the CIR III & Sterling Silver marking means and the value, if any? It is approximately 6" in length and in very good shape.
Thank you in advance for your insight!
