American Scout Wooden Wagon

I bought this wagon about 25 years ago in an antique shop. I'm trying to find out the history. I've come across Boy Scout and Chief Scout wooden wagons but none that say "American Scout". I was curious if anyone out there has seen a wagon similar to this one. It's in excellent shape with only a few minor worn places.
