Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Here is a bracelet that I have had for some time. It is very heavy but not marked anywhere as to silver content or other. It appears to possibly be handmade. The etching/engraving on the bracelet look like maybe they are from the Victorian era, but the bracelet seems very almost "tribalish" and not indicative of that time period. I could beway off on this one and it could be nothing and new but I have not found anything else like it on the internet so if anyone has any idea at all where and when it was made, I would love to know. It is a really nice bracelet and quite solid.
