I bought many snuff bottles over the years at auctions, I would love to know the origin. There are markings on the bottom of most of the bottles, some are porcelain, jade, inside painted, etc.

The origin? Well, China
The one with the Brass-Bottom is whats called a QIANLONG FOUR CHARACTERE SEAL MARK, Or "qianlong mark" for short. It's from the "Qing Dynasty" 1644–1911, And its value is based on many different things. Does it have the Original-Cork-Stopper With Ox-Bone-Spoon attached? Are there any chips on bottle, And so-on. From what I see of yours, its worth anywhere between 50 & 150 dollars. Hope this info. at least gives you a jump-off point where you can research further friend! But its definitely a qianlong mark I'm seeing in photo.
Actually they are pretty common remakes, probably not older than the 70's. They still put that mark on things they produce today. China is the last thing on earth to trust when it comes to antiques, let alone anything else. They put melamine in baby formula to save money, knowing that it would kill and sicken babies. 21 died, 54,000 hospitalized, 300,000 sickened. That's China for you.
