Two cuties that I purchased at a local thrift store, the girl seems to have been restrung , both are marked with the circular SFBJ 252 Paris mark and a number 4 at the base of the head and 1984, fully clothed except for their socks and shoes, love those pouting faces!
Société Française de Fabrication de Bébés et Jouets' (often referred to by its initials. S.F.B.J.) was a large doll making consortium founded in France by the union of a number of major French doll companies ,your mold number 252 is one of the most reproduced dolls they originally sold . She is precious and is a reproduction and I agree that pouty face is adorable :-)))))
Than You Manikin!
