    Early pieces, just can't seem to find any info on >they are both chipped, but they were priced accordingly. Any help would be appreciated.

    Update, this pattern is Henriot and is still made today....

      Thanks Phil, saw them also. The shape of these are very unusual though, not sure what they would be used for, but the pattern seems fairly common. Is the '87 mark stand for 1887?

      I know that the word "France" wasn't added to the mark until 1922-23

      This plates are known as rib plates, hence the curve of the plates. The chips do take significant value of the pieces because they are fairly new. I have seen damaged plates like these sell for $20 to $50 a pieces. Over time they will increase in value because that pattern is being made anymore. I valued these about twice the normal value of a rib plate, because the man and woman are sitting down. That's not a common as them standing up.
