It appears that the item on the right is a straight razor sharpener. Can anybody identify the brass item on the left?

possibly a burdizzo pincher -- rather than cutting the testicle -- it would hold the organ as it is tied off for the no blood loss procedure -- just a guess on this one
Possibly a mould, slide the keeper up till material is set.
Not a burdizzo though, had to use those things for years here on the farm, so well acquainted with them.

@ Mani I remember when I was a kid helping my Dad & brothers with the procedure that my sisters were NOT allowed near the barn. I had forgotten all about that till you mentioned not being allowed to see that done.
