Unusual .800 silver hallmarked spoon?

I would really appreciate any information about this spoon. The spoon is about the size of a dollar. The handle is stamped 800 with some hallmarks. The spoon part appears to be bone or ivory. This could be a baby spoon or invalid spoon. Thank you very much
