I am calling this the "Loving cup" shape from Loetz Ca. 1914. They are probably the most diversely decorated shape in all of Loetz. I found out once how many color combinations there are (like 20 or 30) in my Ricke books fut I cant find the page...or the shape number. Any input is much appreciated. There are even enough color combinations to make two more pages for CW. I know not all the cups are identical but this is why it is important to collect shapes, It helps you when you decide to buy and sell a piece. Lastly, thank you to those who contributed images that I did not credit.

those are all similar shapes and some are teh same shape but there are some definite marked differences between some of them as well. I dont' think I'd call them all the same.

GSO- thank you for your comment, They definitely have differences in the bell shape, bulb shape, donut(s) and foot. Andy made a comment about the foot being short or flat in some cases, my feeling... there must have been a preference for Germany to get a flatter foot. I have also seen tango (selling from France) where the entire bottom was ground smooth

Great shape! We've got No. 14!!

By the way, N.4 decor is ofteb attributed to Dagobert Peche but I think this white dots designs belong to Hans Bolek.

my guess is (only a guess) these became the latest collectible Easter gift.... after the bohemian cut glass cups (also, all about the same size)
