I need help identifying this watch. It has a manufacture mark, but have been unable to find it. My watch was given to me by my Grandfather around 1975, who in turn got it from his Mother, who recieved it as a gift from the Graf Spee of German Nobility, who she attended to as his personal nurse - so it originated in Germany.
If anyone recognizes the manufacting mark, let me know. Thanks!

Beautiful moonphase, triple calendar, pin-set watch. I cannot help with the maker, but I believe it is swiss made. No expert here, but sure someone will be along soon.

This watch is built by James Favre-Fallet in St.-Imier in Switzerland.

It is a very beautiful watch and very rare. It must have been an expensive one.

I have just acquired one but with Spanish words rather than French. I wouldn't think that there can be many of them around as its a complicated quality watch and had to be quite expensive. Anyone have anymore information would be interested. Thanks Stewart
