Rc cola clock need info

I have a 3 foot x 3 foot Lighted RC cola clock. It was bought at a local hardware store that went out of buisness. It had been hanging above there door as long as I can remember. I know nothing about it, Id like to know age? value? Theres no manufacturing names on it anywhere. I dont know if it was a promo item, because I have not seen another thats this big.

It had 2 of the 3 ballast replaced to get the lights working, "I still have the originals" The clock does not work. It is missing one side of trim.
