I love this lamp but unable to find out much about it.
It is 20 inches high and the petals are pink slag glass edged in gold color.
The base is 4.5 inches made up of lily pads. The switch is a screw type as seen in one of the photos. The patina is on the top of the design and the metal is brightest on the under neath of the upper lily pads.
I got this at an auction years ago, just liked the design.
It really is a mystery because as yet I have not taken off the felt at the bottom to see if it is signed. Maybe I want to keep it a mystery but I would like to know a little information!
    This is exciting!

The style is Art Nouveau, and since it is electric that puts it after 1900; probably about 1905 to 1910. The base in in the style of Tiffany, but I don't think it was made by Tiffany. I would say it is probably American but could be Bohemian. The base looks to be fairly high quality, but the shades do not. I agree that it is interesting!
