Hello! Im not 100% sure on the maker of this fine Opalescent Striped Rosebowl, I assume its Stevens Williams, or maybe Dugan? I do however know that it is Beautiful and I love the light blue, white and clear glass mixture along with the Golden Hand Painted designs! it does have a Semi Polished pontil and if anyone has any comments, or information please feel free to speak your mind! Thanks for looking!
    Best Regards

The pontil looks to be ground but not polished and with part of the pontil scar remaining. This points to Bohemain rather than British but it's only one indication.
The dotted enamel design is also more usually associated with Bohemian maers but not exclusively so.
Its very difficult to be sure with some types of glass during this period, in which country pieces originated. Stourbridge glassworks originally copied classical Venetian and Bohemian styles and often improved on them, so later the Bohemians started copying back. The British versions were generally better quality (and more expensive) but not always.
There were many companies doing fine blown glass in Stourbridge, not just Stevens & Williams.

Thank you very much Vetrissimo, sorry for the delayed response, I agree 100% Identification is such a hard to determine factor and I also agree on the fact that there were many great Art glass companies across europe, I am just familiar with Stevens Williams mostly, so I attribute most of my pieces to them, I suppose you could just say they are my favorites, I am sure some if not most of my Applied and Cased Glass pieces have been mislabeled on here.... but it does add a little more excitement to the mix I believe, I appreciate your knowledge and comment.
