In Loetz glass there some consistent shapes that get made in many decors, the Tall Trumpet is one of those. They appears with designer decors and colors all the way down to mass produced tango glass. I tried to place the exact shapes in one box to show what a range these have, in some cases the exact decor appeared in two different shapes. So... was this a difference in production dates or were they simply "hand made" and therefore different by chance? I will add that I consider all of these examples the same shape or "Idea"; just like the loving cup shape. There are a few that may not be Loetz but date from the same period (1909-1938).

    1. Solid foot - even flare
    2. Hollow foot - vertical body - quick flare
    3. Even flare - top heavy
    4. flared base and top - (hourglass)

I think they're just different shapes. There are a lot of almost like but not quite like shapes in the shape book.
