Found this at Goodwill today. The mark was really faint but this one was actually an easy one to track down. There were several online auctions plenty of pictures and info. These figures were made for the tourist trade by the Polonne factory in the Ukraine in the 70's. They no longer do mass production and only take special orders today. The listing in their catalog calls this 12" figure "Loves Me-Love's Me Not". She is plucking the petals of a chamomile flower. She wasn't too expensive but not worth a lot either, maybe 25 to 50 dollars after checking the online auctions for this same piece. There are Russian pieces that look similar worth thousands, but no such luck this time. Poor girl is just from the wrong part of town.

Poor Faust, for such a smart man you would think he would know nothing is worth your immortal soul ! Thank you, Phil that's so interesting. So maybe that's why they call them "Marguerite" daisies. I used to work in a floral shop..lol
