This is a very pretty three footed nut bowl. It is marked on the bottom as Hand painted Nippon. It measures 7 1/2" x 3". When I rub my finger across the the design the roses feel like they are transfer and the gild around them is raised like that may have been applied. There is slight wear to the gild in one spot but no chips or cracks.
