    Horst Kerstan (1941-2005)

    1941 born in Frankfurt/Main ; 1956 apprenticeship as a porcelaine painter at the Hoechster Porzellanmanufaktur; 1957-59 he studied ceramics at the Werkkunstschule Offenbach; 1959-62, apprenticeship at Richard Bampi in Kandern; 1962/63 studies in Florenz; 1965 took over Richard Bampi workshop in Kandern; 1970 first journey to Japan; from 1971 member of the AIC, Gent

      I particularly like the tall ones toward the right. What are those blue lamps (?) in the back?

      well it's a long time ago, but if i recall correctly chinese tablelamps from circa 1900. unfortunately everything sold at that time...
