having a hard time making out the details here; it is best (if folks want an ID) to post pics in proper orientation and include size in description as well as a side profile and close ups of detail.

From what I can tell this looks to be Fenton's 'Lily of the Valley' pattern; not knowing the size I'm guessing a rose bowl. Did you happen to check for a makers mark on the bottom?

Thank you! Sorry for to picture being sideways. When I uploaded it it was the correct orientation and I'm not sure how to change it now. It is a rose bowl and I looked up the lily of the Valley pattern and I think that's it! Thanks so much! I enjoy learning about this. Are there any books or specific places that you would recommend to look and learn more about all of this?

For later Fenton years take a look at fentonfan.com; there are many books on glass depending on one's specific interest. I recognized this piece because I happen to have a cake stand in this pattern. You could go to the edit screen and re-attach the image; not usre how it would have become rotated tho'.
