Vintage Rheingold and Piels Beer Promos....

First is seen a Piel's advertising item from 1957. This 3-dimensional item is made of plastic, and measures 36.5 by 28.6CM. Despite its age, it still presents itself well.

Next is a Rheingold plaque from most likely the 1950s. From the hardware on its reverse, it may have originally had another attachment to it, perhaps a mirror?

This 31.5Cm heavy wooden item, was made by Kay Incorporated of NYC, and a notice on its reverse states:

"This American Federal Mirror Rheingold Display is property of Liebmann Breweries Inc. It is loaned to you with the understanding that it will be conspicuously displayed at or in the immediate vicinity of your backbar or window and that it may be returned to our accredited representative upon request."

Both Piel's and Rheingold, formerly great regional brewers located in Brooklyn, NY (Rheingold also had a facility in nearby Orange, NJ) were snuffed out by the power of the national mega-brewers.
