After learning so much from previously posting a Hagenauer style bronze by Richard Rohac, I've had another look at several other sculptures I have , and have concluded that they have a definite Hagenauer influence, and could possibly be even done by them or a imitator. I had previously posted these under Tribal Art, and now I'm thinking European origin of these.
I'm hoping David Freeman or Amanda Adams, or anyone else with a definitive eye for these pieces, can point me in the right direction!
These have no makers mark of any kind that I can see.
Not sure if Ebony wood or rosewood or?, but very dense and heavy wood.
Thank-you, Cheers!!

This is an African Tourist item, may be one of the older ones but not valuable . What is the height of the figure?
Measures 33cm high. Thank you for your help David, was unsure due to the detailed quality of the carving, and the amount of polish to the finish. It seemed to be of a slightly better quality than most I've seen.
I was really hoping to add this to my cabinet of quality pieces!!
Better to know I suppose, thank-you for your help, very much appreciated!
It probably will not be worth much more than $50, i would wait until something better came along
It was the other one I have that I think is more Haganeuer ish!
