This is a pin I picked up for a few cents this weekend. It has some claw set rhinestones and some small, round glass beads, as well as nine larger, oval ones dangling from the main part. It is nothing special at all; probably a very cheep piece, but what intrigued me was the design. It is difficult to see but the top has two curled up snakes. It's a bit creepy.
This pin is unmarked. Any information information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot, Moonstonelover21:) It is kind of nice but to me it seems like a mix of style: the snakes remind me of Victorian jewelry, the rhinestones look like early to mid last century, but the the blue glass looks rather western style??? I think that the pin is vintage, but not too old. Well, I don't know much about jewelry. I just thought that the piece was interesting and for that reason I added it to my collection.
