This had been sitting on the top shelf of the showcase items at Volunteers of America for at least a month. I was always curious about it, but didn't want to trouble the clerk to look at it. Today it was on the general house wares shelf. To my surprise it was another Lois Van Vleet piece. It's a 16" x 8" bottle with the top pinched into a spout and done in a pale olive green glaze. It weights a ton ! So I now own 3 of her pieces and they all came from the same VOA over a two month period. Strange ! -Mike-

Yep, I have 3 now. All from the same store over the last 2 months !
Actually I think she is a local artist. Every time I see her pieces on Ebay they are located in Ohio. The last two were in Salem and Newark.
