Found this today at thrift store. Found link to a piece that seems to be about the same. Mine does no have label and I didn't see on on piece in link.

If he will stay still long enough to hug! Have to take him back to vet in a week or so to retest for feline leukemia. Last test showed the smallest trace. Vet says not to worry he will be able to fight off. Normal in bottle Feds. How can you not worry?
