This watch was given to my father from my mother as a wedding gift. He never worn it and has since passed and has been given to me. I am trying to find out which model it is , how old it is and how much it is worth. Since it was never worn, its obviously in perfect condition and comes with the original box and has been in a safetly deposit box since 1970. Has 28 Diamonds on either side of face and is Solid 14K White Gold.

Hi, If it has no marks on back, you will have to open back and look at the works. You will find info on that, come back and tell us what it states. Dave

to be honest dave i am affraid to open it I dont want to break it. There is no way to tell by looking at the pics?
    3. Dizzydave Dizzydave, 14 years ago
You won't break it or just run it by a Jeweler and have them pop the back off so you can write down info. The serial number will give us a year and with that we can find more info. If its 14k gold that would make a major difference on price as well. I'm betting it is 14k with dimonds. Dave

Beautiful Penelope. Hi Dave, I have the same watch but in 14k gold case and 18k (slightly different) bracelet. It was given to me by my mother when my father passed away in 1966. I had it in a safe deposit box also. I am trying to find out which model it is, how old it is and how much it is worth also. I opened it up, as you recommended Penelope, the serial no. is 32486 and it has 6 little red stone in the mechanics. Can you please provide more information? I really appreciated. Mirtha

      Pop_abides,
We are not lazy! At least I am not!
We just wanted some expert advise, but apparently the expert does not exist. Instead they criticize.
      Thank you.

I just wanted to spur you, I went looking and found three (3) sites that specialize in vintage watch questions... not all of the experts come by this site..
