Standing 5" tall, clear glass, eight ribs, applied rigaree(?) both sides and to neck. Gold decoration, smooth bottom slightly dipped, no sign of wear from a stopper. A very tiny engraving at the neck which could be sg,s9?? Any pointers would be appreciated! A very nice little piece of glass anyway, I do like it!
Is it Mont Joye?
Mont Joye = Legras & Cie = St Denis et Pantin.
Thanks eye4beauty, this is on the outside of the neck! I am now saying there
was never a stopper, but I cannot see any evidence of one! Also at 5" tall, I
think more perfume!
Sorry should have read Not saying! Sending from phone, bit cramped!
Will chase that up vetraio and get back! Thank you for your suggestion!!
And the love!
Legras, Harrach, Josephinenhuette et al could have made this piece. it did have a stopper. I believe that number there would have been identical to the number of the stopper.
Thank you GSO, I wondered about the inscription being connected to the stopper! As with the Lalique I posted! Will also check out your suggestions and report back.
Very pretty!...:-)
Thank you DrFluffy, dasullywon, NativeJewelerylovers, nldionne, inky and Manikin for the Loves!!:)
Yes, a stopperer would match stoppers to the decanters for best fit. A number was engraved on both to prevent mix ups in the factory.

Thank you TubeAmp for your advice on matching stopper!!
Beautiful! Love the Rococo gilding - a sure hand, as well as the glass. : )
