      Hello
I have just bought four lamps with a similar pattern to yours. I have no expertise in this field, just curiosity. However that being said if I am correct and you turn the lamp up side down there should be a screw thread expose with a nut on it. undo this and the base will be removable. on my particular bases someone has signed them, maybe the maker. So i am wondering does yours have one too?

Ok. Here we go. Having done some more work on them tonight I have manged to establish two things. The lamps are all fitted with "LEVITON" bulb holders, this can easily googled, and secondly the gold designs on the lamps lend themselves to a bohemian design, again googleble if that's a word.
I will continue the investigation tomorrow......
