I looked through a lot of Reference books to try to identify this Early American Pattern (pressed) Glass Pitcher and found zip. It has paneled sides with a long slender oval design in each panel. The panels are separated by thin cut channels that are gilded and the scalloped rim is also heavily gilded. There is a 32 point star pattern pressed in the underbase. It measures 7" tall by 8 1/2" measured from handle to spout. Anyone recognize this fine quality glass pitcher? thanks, RER (BOB) LOUMANAL

Hey Bob, it does look like it could be an EAPG piece. Only there are a number of very similar colonial/paneled/fluted patterns in EAPG and Elegant Glass so it may take some looking around for an exact match. I'm still out of sorts a bit following my right shoulder total joint replacement surgery on Friday. Still trying to check in but it a bit difficult at the time being.

Hi Everyone! I was thumbing through Florences Pattern ID books tonight and found the name for this pattern. It was made by DIAMOND GLASS COMPANY in 1923 and it is called LONG THUMBPRINT. RER (BOB)
