    i looked up toby jug and similar ones comes up but nothing like this 1 i thought i seen this on antiques roadshow but i cant find it anyone know anything about this rare old piece please let me know

      I'm not sure, however I think this is from the 1800's British I would have to guess with the hat, possibly used for the men to drink their liquor from.
      I could totally be wrong but I have a Ladies bottle plain no pattern, you see her hands folded in front and the bottle topper is her head. This I was told , ladies drink their liquor from it. Liquor decanters, but descrete. Hope this helps. Whimsical 9-19-2013
