My husband bought this pair of lamps from a lady and I can't find any info on them. One lamp has white crystals and the other has gold crystals. I am not sure which crystals are original to the lamps. They have 3 panels of reverse painting around the bases. The bottom part of the lamps is shaped kind of like a fountain and has 2 handles on each lamp. I was wondering if anyone could tell me who made these lamps and any other information about them. They don't have a name or any numbers listed on them. These are the the most unusual lamps that I have ever seen. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I cannot tell if you lamps are "ribbed" but here is another hanging light that is certainly painted in the same style.

Any chance that they could be ceiling fixtures ?
Thanks for your help Savoychina1. The painted glass is ribbed. This lamp is definitely made for sitting on a table.
for comparison...

I have found a lamp on the internet that looks like the lamp except with a different painting. It seems that it is actually art deco, but I still can't find out who made the lamp or any other info.
can you copy and paste it so we can see it too?
Here is the link to the picture of the lamp. It is alittle different after looking at it again, but is pretty similar.
