Possibilities so far
1) Boulton & Mills Stourbridge (1863 - 1926) - similar style foot in vaseline seen on a piece attributed to them at Broadfield House Museum.
2) Thomas Webb, Stourbrige (known for 8-rib optic)
3) Stevens & Williams (Known for foot of a different colour in their Alabaster range)
4) Moser ??
There is the possibility of Bohemian make perhaps by a premier maker such as Moser. French has also been suggested. I would be glad to hear from experts in these areas to confirm or rule out these possibilites. Thank you
