Although I still have some bought in the past, I have no preference. I think jewelry made from animal products is not attractive because of the animal suffering what is often behind it. Especially when it comes to protected species, as is the tiger in this case. But the release of this tigers claw brooch I find so beautiful that I'm still tempted caved. I'm not often encountered such a beautiful piece.
The mounting is a whopping 24ct gold and has an old Dutch mark Oak leaf (1852-1906) . The brooch has a safety chain.
