Outdoor sculpture(s)" Shock and Awe" and" Feeding time"

The 2 faces was carved by myself several years back, using only a hammer and chisel, some sandpaper, and a little stain. This solid oak log came from a tree I cleared to build the house. It has aged rather nicely, too bad all wood cracks sooner or later outdoors.
The second was a recent garage sale purchase.
I noticed it as I was leaving, the guy said he'd had $20 on it ,no takers all day. $10 bucks got the deal done.
This is a solid piece of ?? wood, but it was painted in the Florida "80's colors, so was kinda ugly.
20 min. later w,with the help of my propane torch, this is the result!!
