This clock has been in my family for generations I have looked at the Waterbury site and I can't find any information or pictures on it any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found the "Crimea" on page 278 of Tran Duy Ly's Waterbury Clocks and Watches reference book. It is made of enameled iron. It came with a visible escapement (like the other clock in your photos) and without one (like your particular example). It is an old-timer from circa 1891.
