This is 1 of 2 50th anniversary watches I bought on July 17 2005 in Disneyland .it has diamonds where #s are and only 50 were made. this one is #25 it was not cheap.

Sorry , meant auto wind, this one is a Jeweled automatic wind timepiece and very impressive at that. :-) I'll check out your other now.
