      Probably 1st half 20th century Germany based on the swastika's woven into the basket. Skilled but creepy. Definitely a market for it. 80-200 at auction. No interest.

      Not sure on exactly who made it, but it is not German for sure. And, AR8Jason is right. Native Americans used the "whirling logs" symbol for a very long time before the Nazi's took it and used it for their own mark. As for age, I would say around 1930's to 1950's as that was when the Native Americans were making alot of basketry for the tourists.
