I'm looking for any info on this frame. It appears to be quite old and has four makers marks on it. Three are identifiable the first is M.B the second is an anchor the third is a Z and the fourth is unidentifiable. I'm not sure what type of metal it is but it is very heavy. Thanks in advance

The photo is unclear but your description suggests English silver. The anchor would be Birmingham, a city where the majority of these English frames were made during the Victorian era. The 'z' would suggest 1899 or 1874. By checking here the style will give you the right date:

The maker will be found here:
      http://www.silvermakersmarks.co.uk/Makers/Birmingham-M.html#MB
I suspect the fourth mark will be the English silver standard mark ... A lion rampant.
