I won this for $1 at an moving estate sale that I was working at last month and really couldn't find much information on it.
The engraving on the back says, "Presented to Bro. F. Murphy C P by the Loyal Lincoln Lodge No. 21 for Services Rendered as Waiter."
The back bottom has "T&S" stamped on one side and 3 hallmarks on the other, the center one being a lion facing left (silver?)
I can't read the other engravings but could capture images under my Merlin Enhanced Vision magnifier and upload if it would help ID this medal.
The owner of the estate were African History professors at Penn State University and spent a lot of time overseas and in Africa, so this may not be of American origins.
English silver. Birmingham.

The makers marks here: T&S or J&S?

Thank you very much vetraio50, I will take an enlarged photo and upload soon. I can't read these marks even with a magnifying glass and my glasses on.
Thank you blunderbuss2 and Tony. I added the enlarged shot vetraio50 and it looks like an anchor on the left, a left facing lion in the middle, and still trying to figure out the one on the right. I think the other marking is "F&S" I took many blow ups but couldn't add all to the post.
I purchased the Merlin 22" Enhanced Vision at the knife sale for $5 also last year.
Thank you walksoftly and Phil.
