Further Concert handout Cards that look like 1968 Topps Baseball Cards

Last summer I went to see what's left of my favorite band, The Grateful Dead, or whats left of the band, and now called Further tour. The concert was at the partially outdoor acoustically correct Mann Music Theater in my hometown of West Philadelphia on July 7th of 2012.
I remember having a handful at the concert but only 3 made in home with me, I have no idea what happened to the others, and lost the silk screened poster I purchased also.
