The globe is about 12" around.
I did find one online, but it didn't have the base to it. I also found that the very top metal piece was broken. It was the only one that I found, and am curious about who made it and what it was used for.
Thank you!

Although incomplete, it looks like a Nautical oil Lamp. I suppose that the wall attachment has a moveable arm that will tilt with the ship's movements, like a gimbal. I can't tell much more than that, since your photos are limiting. I can also add that the burner does not look too old, but then they were often replaced when they became too worn. Any names, logo, markings underneath? RER (BOB)
Hello Loumanal,
The wall attachment does not move, it is stationary. The burner is a Eagle, I do believe that it has been replaced. There are no marking anywhere, I went over every square inch of it looking for one.
Thank you for looking at it!

The mounting bracket is obviously too low to be gimbaled.
