1928 Peggy
Ann with music box
added and antique
real hair 1890's wig.
doll came to us with severe cracking and lifting on arms and legs, with some wood rot and deterioration from exposure. face and head had major crazing and cracking. Doll repaired using our Pat Pend Orie-Ann technique. Her crier marked Voice Inc. Llyod Mfg. West New York, N.J. patent dates June 5th 1917- Sep 1928. still works and was removed for entry to our toy museum. This is a composition Peggy Ann doll and she now has a vintage music box instead of a crier.
McSwain Estate Toys & More design division and artist LSJ did the final work after the initial repairs were made.
